1.蝶豆花用开水泡开

2.75克冰皮月饼粉加入70克泡好的蝶豆花水搅拌均匀揉成光滑面团静置半小时

3.剩下的粉加入80度左右的水搅拌均匀揉成光滑的面团静置半小时

4.将蝶豆花面团和白色面团交错混匀后分割成10个面团、将莲蓉馅分割成10个

5.擀成薄片后包入莲蓉馅
